3 Holiday Party Hairstyles
With the holiday season around the corner, there are some quick and easy party hairstyles you’ll definitely want to master! Keeping with the festive trend, these styles involve 3 different types of accessories that you can utilize this season: a glitzy headband, glammed-up hair clips, and a sequence hair bow. These are also the perfect styles to wear with your Leyla Milani Hair Extensions! Here’s how to get them:
Tools:
- Teasing Comb
- Hair Extensions
- Bobby Pins
- Miracle Brush
- Hair Spray
Headband Accessory Style
- Start by parting your hair straight down the middle and then beginning mid-way at the top of your scalp, brush the rest of your hair backward. Tease this part of your hair pulled back, as well as along the sides for volume. Once you are finished teasing, lightly comb over your hair to smooth it out. Next, place your headband onto your hair just in front of the teased section. Now taking a few bobby pins, pull a few pieces of hair on each side from in front of the headband, bringing it behind, twisting, and securing in place.
- Taking the end of your tease brush, go back to the teased section you previously created, gently lifting until it’s at the desired height you’d like. Finish with a light coat of hairspray.
Glamorous clips
- Create a deep side part on one side of your head with your comb. On this same side, pull the remaining hair upward and smooth it over with a small amount of hair wax. Then, secure this section with 2 bobby pins toward the back of your head. Last, apply your glitzy party clips over this previously smoothed area.
Hair Bow
- Take a section from one side of your head (behind your bangs) and create a regular 3-strand braid, securing with an elastic. Now going back to your braid, gently pull out the sides of the braid throughout, to make the braid appear thicker. Do the exact same braid on the opposite side of your head, also fanning out sections. Now, bring both of the braids together at the back of your head, take your festive hair bow and simply pin them together in place!
