This Summer’s Celebrity Hair Extension Sightings
Luckily we’ve still got several weeks of summer left, but already we’ve seen lots of VIPs sporting hair extensions. Here are just a few of the celebrities we've spotted adding some length and volume to their manes. The Duchess of Cambridge and soon-to-be-mommy Kate Middleton has reportedly been adding length to her locks. Professional extensionist Inanch Emir believes she has added more extensions since her pregnancy. “I've always admired Kate's hair and over the past two or so years it's become noticeably thicker and volumised around the ends. This leads me to believe she's using extensions,”
Emir said in June.
Another pregnant beauty, Frankie Sandford of The Saturdays, swapped her pixie crop for extensions last month. Frankie Instagrammed a pic of herself along with the caption, "long hair don't care' lol. #pregohair #timeforachange." Of course Miss USA contestants are expected to be glamorous, but did you know that it took eight miles of hair extensions to get their tresses ready for the stage? Not to mention 20 bottles of roll-on butt glue.
